I want to give a warm welcome to one our newest strength trainers Shawn! 👏 💪

Shawn is an Alumni of Indiana University with a passion for health and helping others achieve their fitness goals. Shawn focuses on Strength Training, CardioRespiratory Fitness, and Muscle Development. But he prides himself on being highly adaptable when developing programs to fit anyone's needs or limitations.

Shawn believes there is no “one-size-fits-all,” approach to fitness, and that every routine should be developed with an individual's goals, health, and safety in mind.

Shawn's Accreditations include a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Indiana University. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. In his free time, Shawn enjoys playing music, practicing the keyboard, and playing guitar.
