Taylors' Par 3 Golf Course

The course is in great shape! Yes, we had a lot of rain recently and had some “bad hair days”, as they say, but this course rebounds from her travails and perks up like a blossom in the sunshine.

A week may not sound quick, but if you look back on time as it flies, a week is not long at all.

Come to Taylor’s and golf this weekend.

Saturday, May 23rd the course will be open, walking only. Yes it’s wet and yes it was flooded. So know your colors, green and brown. Brown is where the water stood for several days and the ground is soft so don’t walk on it. Green is beautiful well watered grass. You can play in it.

Observe the lawn ornaments (washed up logs) as they are only temporary hazards and will be moved eventually.

This Spring the weather is making our past Winter look less crazy.

Enjoy your, if you want to walk you can golf, day!

Too much rain!!! We hope golfers can golf soon. Until then the creek water decorated several areas with trees. And a couple of mallard ducks enjoyed a larger swimming area. We will keep you posted on when we will open again. Hopefully that day will be Saturday May 23rd.

Happy Spring! The course is open and looking great!!

We need a space 15 x15 or 20x 20 at the golf course tilled.

The pre spring roller coaster is upon us. We closed today due to rising water. Tomorrow I’m not sure yet. We have to see how the water goes down. And there are 60 mph winds to add to the mix. I’ll post tomorrow when I know what tomorrow brings.

We opened the course yesterday (March 9th). I meant to post this yesterday. Something always gets in my way. But there’s still time to get your first round in before the weather changes again. I don’t know right this moment but I’m guessing it will be walking only again today.

It’s Tuesday, March 3rd and hopes of opening the golf course on Wednesday March 4 are smashed to pieces as this rain today hasn’t let up. It will be just too wet to open. And more rain is in the forecast. We will post a new opening date when we can see a new date that will better for all of us!
