Did the past year find you on a topsy turvy ride? Do you know there is a way to keep the chaos from turning your life upside down and hold on to your joy? KYKP’s workshop will help you navigate the ride of life and protect your joy. You will be invited to cultivate your curiosity and help to free yourself from the judgement that can come with finding the answers to these questions. We will learn skills that will allow you to become more aware of your own healing system. Alison and Laura are trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioners who found their joy through this practice. Let’s take the Ride together!
