Today is National Hydration Day!

As athletes prepare for the 2026 Midwest Nationals Wrestling Tournament, hydration remains one of the most important keys to performance, recovery, and safety on the mat.

We’re proud to partner with Gatorade, which will be available throughout the event to help athletes stay fueled before, during, and after competition.
