From kettlebells, to speed and agility, pre/post natal exercise, Spartan/Warrior dash training, to motor control restoration, this studio has the equipment to get you on your way to your goals. I need to give a shoutout to this amazing client of mine! Dave has done it again!
RAGBRAI- The Great Bike Ride Across Iowa! He cycles from one end of Iowa to the other often times accumulating 70-80 miles per day (and some days even more).

I truly enjoy training him for this event each year. It’s an honor! We focus heavily on strength and visualizing the uphills in his race. We follow up work with endurance, visualizing the straight aways in his ride to keep on going and pushing through fatigue.

Today, we said goodbye to our sweet Tiki. We adopted her 7 years ago and truly loved everything about her. She was so patient and so gentle. She also looked stunning in blue. She was part of this family and will be missed deeply. 🤎🐾

Happy Mothers Day to my amazing clients! Whether they lead paws, kiddos or their work force, they’re truly something to admire.
