Meet Will Pujol! 🌟 Post-graduation, he’s aiming to attend grad school for urban planning. Will said his favorite IUR memory was the electrifying Notre Dame Game and Big 10 Championship in 2023. Will advises freshmen to embrace the program’s growth opportunities and take pride in being part of Hoosier rugby, regardless of playing time or position. Why is IU Rugby great? According to Will, it’s the outstanding coaches, tight-knit community, and the undeniable bond of brotherhood among teammates. 🏉🎓

Meet Sumer Maini, with plans to play for India’s national rugby team post-graduation. He is still cherishing his favorite IUR memory of playing against Trinity College Dublin, and the camaraderie shared at the bar afterward. A piece of advice he would give to freshmen is to trust the process, trust yourself, and be ambitious. When asked what makes IU Rugby so great, he replied that the sport forges a bond among teammates that fosters a shared commitment for personal growth both on and off the pitch. 🏉🌟
