At Be Strong, Saturdays are all about community.
Today, we had three current and former CrossFit Games athletes training right alongside members experiencing their very first Saturday at Be Strong, all welcomed by our Saturday regulars as they took on a Hero WOD.
Between the CrossFit classes, the 8:30 a.m. Power crew crushed their openers, hitting their last heavy deadlifts before they compete on July 25.
Today was a great reminder of how amazing the Be Strong members and community truly are. This is what makes Be Strong special.
Be Happy. Be Healthy. Be Strong.

Some athletes train for medals. KB trains for a mission.
Be Strong is proud to support our own Sean (KB) Kingsbury as he prepares to represent the VFW and the VFW Foundation, where he serves as Chairman of the Board, at The Tactical Games and the Seven Devils Invitational this October, widely considered the world’s hardest sniper competition.
KB is an Air Force veteran competing with a purpose: to grow the health, wellness, and camaraderie of the VFW and its members through fitness. Every rep in this gym is a step toward that mission. Be Strong supports the mission!💪🇺🇸

“I started at Be Strong because I crave challenges daily, and I know CrossFit can be one of the biggest fitness challenges out there.
Being part of Be Strong has helped me mentally by pushing me to face my doubts regarding my fitness. And it helped me lose 60lbs in my 5.5 months of this journey. All while helping me prepare to re-enlist at a physical level I’ve never been at.
My favorite part of Be Strong is the coaches! Always helping to ensure everyone is performing the exercises correctly and pushing us to achieve higher goals than what we set for ourselves.
Walking through the door for the first time is scary, however you don’t have to be scared. Be Strong isn’t just a gym, it’s a community where everyone is welcoming, supportive and pushes you to keep striving towards whatever your goals are.”
