This Sat., Nov. 30th: 9:45 am and 11:00 am yoga classes combine and meet at 11:00 am.
The Sat. 9:45 am yoga class resumes this Sat., 10/19! Wednesday 5:30pm yoga resumes this coming Wed., 10/23!
Supplementary catch-up tai chi class on Monday (10/5) in case you missed the Saturday start-up class at 12:30.
Chi kung/tai chi intro classes resume this Sat (10/5) at 12:30 pm. Upright classes gently lubricating joints: Includes breathing and easy balancing exercises. Chair practice as well. www.

Grace is expecting her first grandchild :) and will be out of town from 10/2 - 10/16. Please note the following class schedule changes during her absence: The Wed. 5:30 pm yoga class will be suspended on 10/2, 10/9, & 10/16 --- this class will resume on Wed. 10/23. The Sat. 9:45 am yoga class will combine with the Sat. 11 am yoga class on 10/5 & 10/12 --- the Sat. 9:45 am yoga class will resume on Sat. 10/19.

Yoga chat: myINstride.com LYNDA MITCHELL: Allowing your knees to remain flexed in any yoga posture takes strain off your lower back. This allows you to use your knees as shock absorbers so that your back and leg muscles may strengthen and support your posture.
REMINDER: On Saturday Aug 10th and Aug 17th there will be one combined yoga class at 11 am and no class at 9:45 am. Students who normally attend the 9:45 am class, plan to attend class at 11 am on these two Saturdays.
Reminder: Sound meditation with guest sitar player immediately following the 5:30pm yoga class tomorrow, Wed. May 8th. All are welcome! Cost for walk-in students is $12 for yoga class plus half hour meditation or $2 for meditation only (meditation starts at 6:30pm).
Wednesday, May 8th, Learn to Meditate" at Lynda Mitchell Yoga Studio, downtown Bloomington, again presents Sitar Outreach Ministry! Experience a simple meditation through the sounds of sitar. No yoga skills required. Comfy clothes encouraged.
Learn to Meditate Class 6:30-7pm, free to studio students or $2 at the door.
