Classes will be back on at our regular times listed below ⬇️

[Bloomington class returns on the 12th 6pm-8pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday]

[Indianapolis class returns the 14th 5:30pm-7:30pm Wednesday’s only]

[Kids class will return the 13th 4:30pm-5:25pm Tuesdays and Thursdays]

Viva Dandara, Zumbi Dos Palmares, Teresa De Benguela, Aqualtune, Luiz Gama, Abdias Nascimento, e todos que lutaram por nós. E que assim possamos seguir refletindo e conscientizando a todos em nossas voltas. E que assim um a um, dois a dois, três a três ........ consigam sua emancipação dessa escravidão moderna que ainda afeta nossas mentes, espíritos, almas e nossos corpos.

Capoeira Angola is coming back to Indianapolis today. Our first class is today from 5:30 to 7:30. Mestre Iuri Hart Santos born in Salvador - Bahia will be present.
