Apple Watch Workout for shoveling snow-

1) Other: The most versatile choice for shoveling; it logs activity and calories based on heart rate and motion but doesn't track distance or map your route, making it great for general yard work.

2) Functional Strength Training: Good for heavy, strength-based snow removal, as it focuses on core, legs, and full-body power.

3) Snow Sports (Fitness+): If you have Fitness+, this series (HIIT, Strength, Core) prepares you for snow, but you can select "Snow Sports" for the activity itself to align with the season.

4) Cardio: Another option for general, elevated heart rate activity, similar to a brisk walk.
