What a 🦸♀️super🦸♀️*FUN* crew of folks at YMCA Bloomington SE! I just started classes there but I'm already in love with the whole lot of them. Teaching Zumba and Bootcamp back to back 😅 but I love every second of it! So blessed.

YOU SURVIVED "THE STORM", CONGRATS 🫶! Thank you Chattanooga metropolitan YMCAs for brightening my life, and allowing me to influence your fitness journey. I will miss you! My happy little family is moving 🫶😥 I'm going to miss my Chattanooga students so much! Please don't miss my last class at the Hixson YMCA this Saturday at 10am so we can boogie, sweat, and give hugs.

It takes a lot of guts to try out a new class/instructor/workout/gym. I know the anxiety well. I get butterflies in my stomach before every 👏 single 👏class👏... But as soon as that music starts and I see your shining faces, *ahhh* everything changes. No need to feel self conscious in my class; we're all in this together, 🎉to have a great time!🎉

My Kim Possible costume did not survive the last leg of the class 😂, but we still had a chilling good time! Pirate shanties, spooky jams, disco, throw backs and Bruno songs this week!
