We will not hold our regular 5AM session in Bloomsdale, we will all be at Challenger Field in Ste. Genevieve at 6AM.

Saturday isn't just another workout—it's the launch of something special, and it's an experience you do NOT want to miss. Did you know F3 has a running group too? Every Friday at 5AM they meet somewhere in Ste. Genevieve. Some show up just to walk a mile, others run up to 5 miles.

Tomorrow they will meet in Lake Forest by the tennis courts at 5AM. It's open to all men. You don't need to bring anything and it doesn't cost anything. You'll find a group of men happy to have you there.

What a week for F3 in the area! Even in the peak of summer with vacations and hectic schedules, men are showing up in record numbers.

Seven men in Bloomsdale tried F3 for the first time in the last week. Most first timers share the same story - "I've been thinking about coming out, but have just had a hard time dragging myself out here" and that's almost always followed up with "I'm glad I finally did, I will be back" or "I'm glad someone pushed me, I need this".

If you've been thinking about coming out, this is your invitation.

Blume's Forge, Sunset Park in Bloomsdale: Every Monday and Saturday at 5AM
La Croix, Challenger Field in Ste. Genevieve: Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5AM

Have you been thinking about coming out but don't want to be the new guy?
Over 45 men have been to F3 in Bloomsdale and 20 of those men were new to F3.
If you wait much longer you can stop worrying about being the new guy and start worrying about being the only man in Bloomsdale that hasn't tried this out.

We meet at Sunset Park every Monday and Saturday at 5AM for a peer led outdoor workout. It is free and open to all men. This is your invite, just show up.

Gentlemen, have you noticed your wife scrolling an F3 page or liking our posts? Maybe she's mentioned her friends husband doing F3 or asked if you've heard about it? That's her subtle hint that it's your time to get out here. Be a leader, make the choice for yourself to come out before that subtle hint turns into a strong suggestion.

We've had a new person almost every session in Bloomsdale so far, you won't be alone and we leave no man behind.
