CONGRATULATIONS are in order for Tim Rice!!! Recovering from Back issues affecting his balance and coordination, he joined us to help speed up his recovery. Soon enough, he was hooked and took interest in our Combat Aikido, and has been putting in the work. That hard work and effort has paid off, not only in aiding in his recovery, but in achieving his First Rank of Yellow Belt!!!! Tim also helps around the school when possible such as cleaning up brush or holding pads for the kids, so it's awesome to see someone like that earn their rank.😎

Well folks, it looks like the Promotions earlier last week were but a sign of things to come!!!
Congratulations to Liam Nash and David Selby on both acquiring their first rank of Yellow Sash in Tai Chi!!!! 😎🥳
Both of these gentlemen really put in the work to earn this at the school and especially at home when making it to the school wasn't an option, and it shows that they wanted this and have definitely earned it.

Whenever it's stormy and rainy, it's a coin toss as to whether we will have a crowd even on kids night.
HOWEVER, we were absolutely delighted to see not only a crowd, but almost 50% of them being new faces, one of them even being a gentleman who did Golden gloves 🥊 😎😎😎

We always take immense pride in when someone here makes rank, but that being said, it's not too often that we get to announce two people making rank on the same day!!!!!!
CONGRATULATIONS Noah Owens ON HIS BROWN BELT AND NICHOLAS TROUT ON HIS YELLOW BELT IN COMBAT AIKIDO!!!🥳😎

Noah's put in the work and has persevered, over the course of nearly 13yrs, and achieved a rank barely anyone makes it this far to get, let alone earn. I think it goes without saying for those of you that know what the next step is for him and the challenges he faces for that next rank....

Nick came here years ago when he was younger and life took him away but now he's back, and he's put in the work having to juggle both family, work, and life. That being said, he's found a way to do it and has really put in the work and earned his rank. However, this is but a stepping stone for things to come, and this rank is an indicator that he's willing to go the distance. Let's see how far he'll go.

Absolutely ecstatic to see how many came even with the threat of inclement weather (and humidity), and It really shows who wants to better themselves and put in the effort....... orrrrr just how badly they wanna punch each other 😁😁😎😎
