Super proud trainer post.
I always love celebrating successes with my clients, but when I get to train a friend of mine, and they are successful it is that much sweeter.
Started training with Danielle in January, and three months in she's down 30 pounds and 4 pant sizes.
I could not be prouder of her determination, and ability to stick to her plan even when it's not convenient, or she does not feel like it.
consistency is the key to success, and she has been the epitome of that since day 1.
cant wait to see where she is in another 3 months.
