Gym Skills Mobile Gym offers Gymnastics, Cheer, Yoga & Tumbling instruction, Birthday Parties, and Summer Camps to children ages 2-12. We bring our program to schools, childcare centers, recreation centers, and other facilities. Gym Skills classes provide a comprehensive fitness experience. Our unique program incorporates a wide variety of activities ranging from fun fitness warm ups, games, yoga, dance and gymnastics obstacle courses! We focus on skill building on all gymnastics apparatus including floor, vault, beam and bars. We help develop your child's gross motor skills, learning, listening, and social skills along with building their self-confidence!

Is your athlete ready to take their gymnastics skills to the next level? 🤸‍♀️ Our Gym Skills Pre-Team program is designed for athletes ages 5+ who are ready to build strength, confidence, proper technique, and the fundamentals of competitive gymnastics in a fun and structured environment!

📅 Tryouts: Saturday, September 12, 2026
⏰ 10:30–11:30 AM

Athletes will work on skills across all four events while developing the strength, discipline, and confidence needed to progress toward competitive gymnastics.
