Today is the day to do something different !!! Come try a free class! You will be surprised that’s it’s probably different than you thought!

As went enter into 2025 with much prayer we have decided to change the gym’s name to Refuge Fitness! We have always used the philosophy of functional fitness to meet each person at the level they are at! What does that actually mean?
It means each class is essentially like small group personal training and tailored to each person.
We have no contracts and encourage people to come try out a free class to see what our gym and our fitness community is all about! We have and always will fall under this simple principle…..

No 5:30 or 7 am class
8:15 am will be 10:15 am
