We’ll kick things off with a brief 15-minute talk about the importance of gymnastics and how the strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence, and body awareness learned in the gym can benefit athletes in nearly every sport! We’ll also review important gym-safety rules so everyone can enjoy the event safely.

AGA members may bring one friend, and their friend’s admission is FREE! If that friend enrolls in a class that day, we’ll waive their registration fee!

👕 We’ll also have a $2 raffle for the chance to win an AGA shirt!

🇺🇸 LABOR DAY CLOSURE 🇺🇸

Appalachian Gymnastics Academy will be closed on Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day. There will be no regularly scheduled classes that day.

All students enrolled in a Monday class will receive a makeup token to use for another available class. Makeup classes must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.

We hope all of our AGA families enjoy a safe, relaxing, and fun Labor Day! ❤️🤍💙

Regular classes will resume on Tuesday!
