Wear your clothes backwards, put your shoes on the wrong feet (if you dare 😜), and come ready for a day full of backwards, upside down, laugh-until-your-belly-hurts fun!

Open Gym is uncoached playtime where kids can practice their skills, explore the equipment, and have fun!

Open Gym Rules:
• No coaching is provided
• No parents on the gym floor
• No one over 18 may use the gym floor or equipment
• No food inside the gym
• No shoes or socks on the gym floor

Owning a gym means there are always a hundred things to think about, but this week I’ve been taking time to reflect, pray, and be thankful for how far we’ve already come.

As we step into a new season, I’m praying for happy, healthy athletes, incredible coaches, wonderful families, and continued growth. Change is part of every journey, and sometimes it means finding the next person who fits your team, shares your heart, and helps carry the vision forward. I’m trusting that God is already preparing the right coach, teammate, and friend to join us when the time is right.

Here’s to a season full of growth, laughter, new friendships, and watching kids discover what they’re capable of. Thank you to every family who trusts us with your children. We can’t wait to see what God has in store for Appalachian Gymnastics Academy. 🐻🤸
