🐻💚 Need your kid to burn some energy somewhere other than your living room furniture? We can help.

At AGA, we’ve got classes for the tiny tumblers, the cartwheel-obsessed, the future ninjas, the strong kids, the bendy kids, and the kids who just really need somewhere appropriate to climb on things. 😅

And while they’re having fun, they’re also building strength, coordination, confidence, focus, resilience, and friendships. Sneaky, right?

We offer preschool gymnastics, beginner & intermediate gymnastics, tumble, homeschool gymnastics, boys gymnastics, strength & agility for boys AND girls, plus adult gymnastics and stretching & mobility for the grown-ups who still think, “I could totally do that.” 🤸‍♀️

✨ One free trial per child!

30 min classes: $70/month
45 min classes: $80/month

🤸‍♀️ PARENTS’ NIGHT OUT RECAP! 🐻💚

Well… the kids survived. The coaches survived. The gym? We’ll check on that tomorrow. 😂

Tonight was FULL of gymnastics, games, laughs, snacks, and a whole lot of energy! These kids definitely understood the assignment when we said Parents’ Night OUT. 🤸‍♂️

Thank you to everyone who spent their Friday night with us at Appalachian Gymnastics Academy! We absolutely love getting to give the kids a fun night at the gym while the parents get a few kid-free hours to themselves. 🙌

We had SO much fun tonight and already can’t wait for the next one!

🐻💚 Until next time… we’re going home to enjoy the silence. 😂

A HUGE shoutout to Addie for getting her pullover on bars! 🎉

She has been working SO hard on this skill, putting in the reps, listening to corrections, and refusing to give up. And all that hard work finally paid off! 💪🐻

There’s nothing better than watching a gymnast finally nail a skill they’ve been chasing. That little moment of “WAIT… I DID IT?!” is one of our favorite things in the gym. 🥹

We are so proud of you, Addie! Keep working hard and chasing those skills! 💚💛

We’re giving the adults a turn in the gym too!

🤸 Adult Gymnastics
Mondays at 7:00 PM
Learn new skills, revisit old ones, build strength, and discover exactly which muscles you forgot existed.

🧘 Stretching & Mobility
Thursdays at 6:45 PM
Perfect for anyone who makes sound effects when standing up, considers touching their toes a long-term goal, or would simply like their body to cooperate a little better. 😂

No experience needed. No need to be flexible. No need to have done gymnastics as a kid.

Just show up, move your body, have some fun, and maybe leave feeling slightly younger than when you walked in.

Adults deserve gym time too! 🐻
