A moment to remember:
End of training and they had to plank walk across 3 wrestling mats. Gabriel was the last one and was determined to finish. All the boys who finished ahead rallied around him and encouraged Gabriel all the way to the end. Meanwhile, his dad had his phone out capturing the moment. His son, battling through adversity. You can’t ask for anything better. A true moment of a young boys life where he wanted it MORE and was NOT going to quit on himself. He’s stronger physically and mentally and he knows it, his parents know it and that is what matters the most. 💪🏽

Little snippet of workout yesterday. She seriously loves the work and gets after it. I can tell her gears are turning and she is eager is get reps done right with quality over quantity.
