About 2 weeks ago, I’ve tested MY version of the Watermelon Fast 🍉 🍉 🍉

Monday 7/7 I’ve weighed in at 187 lbs
Friday 7/11 I’ve weighed in at 181.8
I’ve lost a total of 5.2 lbs in 1 week.

How did I do it?

I’ve consumed watermelon and water ONLY throughout the day.

Dinner is the ONLY time I ate a meal of my choice along with water.

Starting 8/4 I will start another watermelon fast and I’m looking for others to join me 👀
