‼️✨Transformation Tuesday ✨‼️
When Loren walked through our doors in September 2025, she was a busy mom of two little boys searching for something she had lost along the way—confidence, strength, and a sense of self.
Despite a 28-minute drive and all the demands of motherhood, she chose to bet on herself.
Since then, she’s transformed not only physically, but mentally. She’s lost weight, built strength, trained for a half marathon, and is now preparing for HYROX—goals she never imagined possible after having children.
But her biggest win isn’t found on a scale or in a race. It’s the confidence, happiness, discipline, and belief in herself that she’s regained along the way.
Loren is proof that taking care of yourself isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. And by showing up for herself, she’s showing her boys what it looks like to chase big goals and never stop growing.
We are so proud of you, Loren. Your journey is inspiring, and we’re honored to be part of it. 💙
