We get it… setting an alarm and waking up at 5:30am is HARD.
But getting out on the water before everyone else, being completely surrounded by nature where the only sounds are the birds and the winds… 100% worth it EVERY TIME.
The May River was like glass today… wish everyday was this beautiful! 😍

We are so excited to welcome Erica Ellis back to the studio for another Mat Mix Class!
Mat Mix is a seamless fusion of Vinyasa yoga and mat Pilates, designed to energize and strengthen the body. This dynamic class combines the flowing sequences and mindful breath work of Vinyasa with the core-focused, alignment-based precision of Pilates. Expect a fluid practice that builds heat, improves flexibility, and tones from the inside out — all on the mat. You’ll move with intention, activate deep stabilizing muscles, and leave class feeling balanced, strong, and centered.

School is ending and we are excited to offer a number of pop up Kids only Aerial Yoga Classes this summer! Geared towards kids aged 10-15, these classes provide kids an opportunity to stretch, hang upside down, and try something new! No Aerial, dance, or gymnastics experience necessary but some general body awareness is helpful!

NEW•CLASS•ALERT!
ASHTANGA ! After a number of workshops, series, and pop up classes, we are finally ready to give our Ashtanga Flow a home on the schedule!
This 75 minute class is based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, a set of postures that builds internal heat, stamina, and deep mental focus through movement, deep breathing, and utilizing bandhas, or energy locks. You will be lead through Sun Salutations A and B, followed by standing, sitting, and closing postures. Recommended for intermediate practitioners who are looking to explore discipline, strength, and the power of their breath. Studio will be heated to 85 degrees.
Join Stasia on Saturdays from 8:30-9:45am beginning on June 13th!

Due to the May River being a salt water and tidal environment, we cannot set a regular schedule for classes. We try to schedule classes to create the most optimal experience for you, centered around low tide in the early mornings. While it may be hard to wake up early, early mornings provide the most peaceful experience on the May with less boat traffic, lighter winds, and to be fully immersed in just the sounds and sights of nature.
There are 2 opportunities to get out on the water this weekend,
Saturday - 7:30-9am
Sunday- 7:30-9am

Just want to take a moment to shout out this amazing human. Natasha has been coming to the studio on and off since the beginning, and has always been such a bright light, willing to learn, willing to play. Wednesday mornings won’t be the same without you but we are wishing you luck on your new endeavors, wherever you decide to land. We will miss you, come visit us again soon when you can! 🙂

We had our first SUP Yoga class this weekend, and while their might have been a couple sprinkles, nothing could beat the peacefulness of the May River!
