It was a hard fought affair, but the 2026 version of the Timber Ridge Golf Course Club Championship concluded yesterday. This two day event featured cold and wet conditions, but the guys played hard and the competition was good. Congratulations to our winners: (photos shown in order)
Men's Champion: Nick Imel (had the best two day total, and on day two overcame a two-stroke deficit to Cody Welches, our men's division runner up.)
Senior Champion: Brad Poper
Super Senior Champion: Dan Geimer (had the low round of the tournament with a 78 on day one)
Shout out to our A Flight winner, Kevin Baird.
Again, a huge thank you to all who participated. Would love to have even more players for our 2027 version!

Understanding it has been difficult to do so because we've been closed, this is the last day to sign up for the club championship this Saturday and Sunday. (August 26th and 27th) Both days start at 9:00 a.m. You don't have to sign up in person, but can also call the pro shop to do so at 260-824-2728.

Great news! Timber Ridge Golf Course opened at 10:00 a.m. today. More great news, we are 90° from the cart paths. If there is any bad news, it is that the front nine is closed today. Back nine is all that will be available. Hope to see you soon, especially with what seems to be shaping up as a very nice weekend!

UPDATE! Timber Ridge Golf Course will remain closed through Thursday, September 24th. If all goes well, we will reopen on Friday, September 25th at 10:00 a.m. 💯

09/22/2026

Timber Ridge Golf Course will remain closed on Tuesday, September 22nd. Right now we are day to day, hoping to open by the end of the week.

I have been part of PCCC/Timber Ridge for over 50 years. I have never seen water this high. Timber Ridge will remain closed through Monday, September 21st. We will reevaluate at that point.
