Fitness trails installed at two Lowcountry parks | Lowcountry Health | The Island Packet On Thursday, the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton Chamber of Commerce 2014 Leadership Class will officially be recognized at two ribbon-cutting ceremonies for new fitness trails installed at Hilton Head's Jarvis Creek Park and Bluffton's Oscar J. Frazier Park.
