Hilton Head drivers can continue to use Cross Island Parkway toll-free Drivers will not have to pay a toll on Hilton Head Island’s Cross Island Parkway until Nov. 14. Suspending the toll will help keep traffic flowing as the island recovers from Hurricane Matthew, the S.C. Department of Transportation said.
