When you aren't at the gym, where can we find you? At a park walking my dog, Murdoc, or at home playing games with my friends.
What is your favorite part about training at Creekside? My clients everyone is so nice and excited to train.
What's your #1 tip for someone starting their fitness journey today? Don't be too hard on yourself. If you falter or miss a couple of workouts, forgive yourself and try again.
What is your "guilty pleasure" post-workout meal? General Tso's chicken or Handel's graham central station.
