Who we are and what we have planned for next season:
-The YOHO Board was created so that the teams can get Sponsorships and Legally have fundraisers. We work together to help teams make money for all the activities throughout the season.
- YOHO plans to have 2 large Organization Fundraisers next season. A Night at the Races in Sept/Oct and the ADM Tournament in Jan/Feb.
- We plan on again participating in the Project MKC (Christmas gifts for needy families) and The Food Drive that we do with Poland Baseball. This will happen before Thanksgiving this coming year.
- Equipment Swap in July/Aug
- We will continue to offer RaiseRight Fundraising for your team as well as having some Dining fundraisers for the organization as a whole.

We are looking for new members that are willing to help make the hockey season run smoothly. I you have fundraising ideas and would like to help out, we need you!!!!
President:(2 year position)
Creates all board meeting agendas
Sets up and controls the BOD and Manager GroupMe
Sets up board meeting dates
Coordinates all the groups and makes sure that all BOD are doing what is needed to be accomplished in a timely manner
Keeps Bi-laws up to date
Updates the Hand book as needed with VP

VicePresident:(1 year position)
Assists the President in coordination of committees
Helps with the Bi-Laws updates
Helps with the Website
Updates the Hand book as needed with President

Secretary:(1 year Position)
Type up Board meeting and other meeting notes
Email board minutes to the board members
Helps with Sponsorship letters and Logos.
Sends emails to the organization.

Treasurer:(2 year position)
Works with the CPA on Quick Books
Make sure all taxes are complete and the President signs the documents, by working closely with the CPA assigned at the time.
Checks over the budgets with the Assistant Treasurer
Helps the Assistant Treasurer make deposits
Signs Check
Has control of the Bank account and sends the Assistant treasurer all needed bank documents at the end of each month or when requested.
Works with the CPA on 1099’s

Board of Directors as a whole:
Will work as a group with the team representatives for team, individual and organizational fundraising.
Will collectively choose Fundraising coordinators for the larger fundraising events.
Will vote on any discrepancies that come up about fundraising.
Create the Sponsorship Form
Updating the hand book and bylaws as needed
