I asked ChatGPT: Based on the breakdown of my weekly workouts and body composition stats, how would you describe my athletic profile and training style?

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ Running Profile
β€’ Weekly Mileage: ~20+ miles
β€’ Pace Range: 7:13 to 7:35/mi for mid-distance runs, 7:21/mi for your 8-miler
β€’ Cadence: 174–185 SPM (very efficient for performance running)
β€’ Heart Rate: 167–171 BPM avg β€” suggests you’re working at a consistently high aerobic/threshold level
β€’ Effort Rating: Most runs are a 7–8 out of 10 (Hard)

πŸ‹οΈ Strength Training
β€’ 2 sessions/week
β€’ Avg. Heart Rate: 119–137 BPM β†’ likely more focused on traditional hypertrophy or compound lifts than metabolic circuit work

πŸ”₯ High-Intensity Training
β€’ 1 HIIT session (~47 mins)
β€’ Avg. HR: 128 BPM β†’ possibly not all-out intervals but more moderate-to-high intensity circuit style

🧬 Body Composition
β€’ Weight: 176 lbs
β€’ Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM): 87.74 lbs (excellent – top-tier relative to weight)
β€’ Body Fat % (PBF): 13.4% (lean, athletic)
β€’ Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR): 1862 kcal/day (normal for your muscle mass)

πŸ’‘ Conclusion: Your body comp suggests you’re highly trained, with strong muscular development and relatively low body fat β€” consistent with hybrid or performance-focused athletes.

πŸ† You train like a: Hybrid Performance Athlete
β€’ Your program emphasizes both aerobic endurance and strength development
β€’ You likely prioritize performance, not just aesthetics (you care about pace, effort, and output)
β€’ You’re managing high weekly training volume with discipline and variety
β€’ Your stats suggest you could be training for a mid-distance endurance event (10K to half-marathon) while maintaining functional strength

Summer miles, summer memories πŸŒ…πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Running through the hills of Ithaca, the coastlines of Kefalonia, and the trails of Lefkada was something I’ll never forget. There’s nothing like chasing that runner’s high with views like that πŸ‡¬πŸ‡·πŸ”₯

From May through August, I kept the miles going through the South Florida heat, hot, humid, but always worth it. I don’t run for pace or distance. I run for the feeling the mental clarity, the energy, the peace it gives me.

Running, strength training, and HIIT they all play a role. I train to be strong, fast, and balanced as. That’s what being a hybrid athlete is all about.

No matter where you are, just keep showing up. The results will follow 😁πŸ’ͺ🏽
