Due to unforeseen reasons, it is heartbreaking to say that we will be closing our doors at the end of the month. We have tried to overcome this issue, but we will no longer be able to run the center. It is with great sadness to make this announcement, but hope to see you training with us for the coming weeks.

As many of you know, female athletes are 3 to 6 times more likely to sustain an ACL injury then a male playing the same sport. And for those who are tear an ACL, the recovery process for returning to competitive sports, after such an injury can prove very challenging.

Either way, those athletes who go through ACL surgery, make or female, have a long grueling road ahead. Months of physical therapy and rehab afterwards can bring down the spirits of an athlete and may cause some hesitation of their level of play once returning to sports. Athletic Republic has developed a system that bridges the gap between physical therapy and returning to the athletes respective sport. Our systematic approach to building proper stability, strength and power in the surgical limb we can build the athletes confidence to return to the same level of play, if not more, than when they got injured.

Great morning with this group of motivated adults. Today we hit a heavy strength day shooting for 6 reps of the main focus exercise and 10-15 reps of their auxiliary exercise. Everyone challenged themselves on the weight and I was impressed with how strong they are getting.
