This initial picture was taken when our lovely client Karina started ASF classes, just three weeks before our 12 Week Transformation started! I’m SO glad she took these!! (I was so mad when she showed up for her initial check-in with boy shorts!!! Karinaaa!! Lol 🤣)

Pretty incredible what you can do in 15 weeks & how much just a 7lb weight loss & 4% body fat decrease can do on a small frame! Not to mention at 50yr young! 😊

Can’t tell you how many times these ASF Virtual workouts have saved me!! 🙏🏼💦 Running two businesses, sometimes my schedule doesn’t allow me to take a class and it’s easier & more time efficient to stay home and do a workout here! ⏰ And let me tell you it’s WAY more than I would everrrrr do on my own. Even if you only do 20 or 30 minutes it’s super efficient and get you movin! 💦 I know I’m biased, but these are the most efficient home workouts I’ve ever seen or done!!
