Le Petit Sports' CEO, Jean-Philippe Fleurian, was recognized by H.I.S Prince Albert of Monaco as a "Champion of Peace" at the 2009 Peace and Sport International Forum for his work in utilizing sports education to reach out to children and rebuild the peace process in post war and insecure zones such as Palestine, Burundi, Cape Town and Port Elisabeth townships.
