Fitness is a lifelong journey. Set goals and chase them down. When you reach one goal, set another one and pursue it just as furiously. Don’t get frustrated when it gets tough. Most people judge themselves by how they're not fit, or they have a negative self-image when it comes to their appearance or physical ability. I try to focus on my clients' positive attributes. My favorite personal saying is, 'focus on what you can do, not what you can't.'
