Flow 24/7 traveling to Philly from Florida today for Fall Round up girls lax tourney. Please travel safe....good dinner tonight, great sleep....be rested and ready to play at noon. A players need there A game. These are some great teams and tournaments. Time to make Florida girls lax proud. Go Flow....let's bring it.
