Did you know some children start swim lessons before they learn to walk? 💙
At Florida Swim School, our Baby & Me classes begin as early as 3 months old!
Swim lessons at this age aren’t about swimming laps—they’re about building comfort and confidence in the water through age-appropriate activities alongside a parent or caregiver. Early water exposure can help little ones become comfortable in the pool while learning valuable lifelong skills.
Our Baby & Me program focuses on:
• Water comfort and confidence
• Parent-child bonding
• Age-appropriate water exploration
• Early water safety foundations
• Having fun in the pool together!
Looking for infant swim lessons in Boca Raton? Florida Swim School offers swim lessons for babies, toddlers, children, and adults in our indoor, heated pool. We believe it’s never too early—or too late—to begin your swimming journey.
Visit flswimschool.com or call (561) 288-3817 to learn more about our Baby & Me classes beginning at just 3 months old.

Did you know swim lessons can support more than just water safety?
Swimming has been shown to promote controlled breathing, body awareness, and relaxation—all of which can help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s “rest and recover” response. Every kick, breath, and stroke gives children an opportunity to build confidence both in and out of the water.
At Florida Swim School, we’re passionate about teaching more than swimming. We’re helping children develop lifelong water safety skills while fostering confidence, focus, and a love for movement.
The benefits of swim lessons go far beyond the pool. 💙

We hope everyone had a wonderful Father’s Day weekend! 💙
We love celebrating Coach Sid Cassidy—not only an incredible father and husband, but also a dedicated coach, mentor, and lifelong advocate for water safety.
