Dreams come true. But dreams can only become reality if you work hard and put in the time to achieve them.
The first step to achieving your dreams is identifying what they are. Then, you need to break down those dreams into smaller goals that will help you reach them. Don't worry if these goals seem impossible—just focus on what you can do now and take one step at a time.
Once you've set your goals, it's important to develop an action plan that will help you achieve them over time. Start small! Even if you have big dreams, start with something small and achievable right away so that you can build momentum toward bigger goals later on.
And finally: don't forget about yourself! Without taking care of yourself first, nothing else matters—so make sure that whatever plan or goal you're working on takes into account your own needs too!

In 2016 Paul embarked on his Eco Trail Trekker Global USA journey. The idea was created with his background of building leadership and team building skills within his own business, tools which not only apply to the workplace but also in family life. This combined with his desire to help charities in the local community made for a perfect pairing.
Now with the 3rd event behind him and as the ETT team build up towards the 4th Annual event on Sunday January 22nd 2023 new and exciting improvements to benefit everyone that participates.
Paul is proud to present Eco Trail Trekker as the premier event of its type to connect and give back to the community and looks forward to this event growing exponentially in the years to come with the help of the ETT Community Leaders.
