💧 HOW I PREPARE MY WATER — AND WHY I DON’T DRINK FROM FILTERS OR PLASTIC BOTTLES
For the past 7 years, I’ve been drinking only distilled water — and no, I’m not mineral deficient. I chose distilled because it’s the purest, cleanest, blank-slate water you can possibly drink. It removes fluoride, heavy metals, pharmaceutical residue, and toxins — things most filters (even expensive ones) leave behind.
But I don’t stop there. I rebuild and restructure the water into a healing elixir for my body and soul:
✨ I add Karlovy Vary mineral salts — ancient healing salts from the Czech spa city known for its powerful earth-charged water.
✨ I drop in a crystal (yes, in the jar!) to charge and structure the water with love and clarity.
✨ I store it in glass only — no plastic. No BPA. No poison.
✨ I sometimes add a pinch of Celtic or Himalayan sea salt if I feel I need more trace minerals.
✨ And most importantly, I speak to it. I bless it. I treat it as sacred.
Water is not just hydration — it’s memory. It’s light. It listens to our voice and our energy.
And we are mostly water.
Most people still trust their plastic bottles or fancy filters. That’s okay — we’re all on a journey. But for me, distilled water + sacred minerals + crystal coding = living water that supports my healing, my frequency, and my connection to Source.
Stop fearing distilled water. Start understanding it.
Cleanse first. Then rebuild consciously.

In the late 19th century, German physiologist Dr. Carl Voit conducted studies on laborers and concluded that a daily intake of 118 grams of protein was ideal. This “Voit standard” became widely accepted, despite the lack of rigorous scientific validation. Voit’s conclusions were influenced by the observation that affluent individuals consumed more meat, leading to the assumption that higher meat intake equated to better health and productivity. This perspective overlooked the health of populations consuming plant-based diets with lower protein intake .
Later, in the early 20th century, Wilbur Olin Atwater, an American chemist, further promoted the idea that protein was the primary source of muscular energy. His work laid the foundation for the USDA’s early dietary guidelines, which emphasized high protein consumption .
⸻
🏛️ Institutionalization and Industry Influence
During the mid-20th century, the USDA’s dietary guidelines, such as the “Basic Four” food groups introduced in 1956, prominently featured meat and dairy as essential protein sources. This framework was heavily influenced by the agricultural and meat industries, which had vested interests in promoting animal products. Marketing campaigns, like “Beef: It’s What’s for Dinner,” further entrenched the association between animal protein and health in the public consciousness .
💡 Reclaiming Nutritional Truth.
Understanding the historical context reveals that the emphasis on animal protein was shaped more by cultural and economic factors than by scientific necessity. Recognizing this allows for a more informed and compassionate approach to nutrition, one that honors both human health and the well-being of animals.

“When I stopped eating animals, something unexpected happened…
I didn’t just feel lighter in my body — I felt lighter in my soul.
I became more sensitive, more emotional, more connected to animals, nature, and life itself. I started to feel what others feel. I couldn’t ignore it anymore — the pain, the fear, the disconnect that we’ve been programmed to accept as ‘normal.’
I didn’t stop eating meat to be better than anyone. I stopped because something deep inside me woke up — a knowing that we are all connected. That what we do to others, we do to ourselves.
This isn’t about guilt. It’s about awareness.
This isn’t about control. It’s about compassion.
I believe we’re moving into a new world, a more conscious Earth. And in that world, we will live in harmony with animals, not harm them. We will choose peace — even on our plate.
And if you’re already feeling that pull, that quiet voice in your heart… you’re not alone. You’re waking up too.”

CHEATTING in your diet can be beneficial to your health 🍕
If you want to eat pizza once in a while ALWAYS choose freshly made sourdough pizza.
Sourdough is the oldest form of leavened bread used as early as 2000 BC by the ancient Egyptians. It may have been discovered by accident when wild yeast drifted into a dough that had been left out resulting in the fermentation of good microorganisms. There are many scientific studies on Sourdough and tomato sauce having a great effect on your body's stem cell production.
