KIDS CAMP IS COMING TO BURN WEST BOCA! 💙💛

We’re excited to launch our first 8-week Kids Camp session for kids ages 5–12!

📅 September 30–November 18
⏰ Wednesdays at 3:30 PM
⏱️ 45-minute sessions
💰 $120 for 8 sessions
👧 10% sibling discount

Kids Camp is a fun, active program designed to help kids build confidence, healthy habits, teamwork, and a positive relationship with movement.

And the best part? Kids Camp is open to children of Burn Boot Camp members AND non-members!

Parents must remain on site during Kids Camp, so you can relax in our reception area while your child participates. Once camp is over, your child can transition to Childwatch while you take your turn getting your workout in. 🙌

Space is limited, so don’t wait to get your child registered!

Join us Saturday, October 24th at 10 AM for a morning of family fun, costumes, candy, and of course… some seriously creative trunks! 🚗🍬

We’re looking for Burn families who want to decorate their trunk and hand out candy during our Trunk or Treat! Whether you go all out or keep it simple, we’d love to have you be part of making this a fun morning for our Burn family.

This special camp is for ages 3+! The trainer will lead the workout, while parents/guardians are responsible for their children throughout camp.

👟 Younger kiddos can join you in your workout, and everyone gets to be part of the fun!

Before camp, a waiver must be completed for both you and your child(ren).

📲 Registration opens Saturday in the Burn Boot Camp app. Look for “Family Camp” and grab your spot!

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Lauren DeCicco to Burn Boot Camp West Boca on Saturday, October 3rd for mini treatments including soft tissue work, cupping and dry needling.

She’ll be here from 7:30–10:30 AM, so you can stop by before, after, or during camp and take a little extra time to care for your body.
