It’s been 3 years since I lived in California for the summer, it’s crazy how time flies

International Yoga Day is the day I graduated my 200 hour teacher training, & that first picture is the first class I taught as a teacher

I can’t believe it’s been 3 years and I now have my 500 hour 🙏🏼

Thankful everyday for this practice & that I can share it with others 🤍
