Get • Going back to boxing in my fifties was one of the best decisions I ever made.
At the time, I thought I was simply returning to something I loved. Looking back now, I was investing in the next thirty years of my life.
Three decades of training, keeping fit, meeting people and feeling part of something. At 80, I’m still hitting the bag—and still feeling the benefits.
It’s never too late to return to the thing that makes you feel alive.
