Join us on our market day SATURDAY, MAY 16th at 10am-11am for a supportive workshop “THE HEART OF THE HELPER: WELLNESS AND RENEWAL WORKSHOP FOR CAREGIVERS” created to encourage, uplift, and empower caregivers through connection, practical guidance, and compassionate conversation. will share tools you need for managing it all.

Amanda’s work is deeply informed by her journey through chronic pain, long-term illness, and burnout, giving her a unique understanding of the challenges her clients face. Now a Holistic Health Expert, CHHC, Detox & Regenerative Specialist, and Energy Medicine Practitioner with over 12 years of experience guiding individuals to deep, lasting transformation. Amanda combines nutrition science, food psychology, and energy medicine to offer a true transformative experience. When you work with Amanda, you’re not just following a detox protocol, you’re stepping into a space of profound personal and spiritual growth.
