Training Sessions
All training sessions with be 2-4 max people going over ground balls, fly balls, hitting and some live pitching to batters in cages. I will talk about the mental approach on what we do in each situation and counts and why.
Minimum will be at least two players per session.

When should who’s coaching your kids matter?
This is a great question. I think it matters no matter what age your player is at, especially character influences.
Player: I like playing for him.
Coach: what do you like about him?
Player: he is cool and lets us be who we are.
Coach: Explain what that means?
Player: He talks about funny Sh””. He lets us cuss and it’s funny when he cusses as well. He’s like a brother, not a coach.
Coach: what kind of funny stuff does he talk about?
Player: he talks so much crap about other players and parents and what he says about the umpires is hella funny, but he is just messing around. He lets us talk crap as long as we can back it up, but sometimes, if he does like the other coach, he tells us to talk as much Sh”” as we want.
Coach: ok, but what is he teaching you about integrity, character and knowledge of the game?
Player, I don’t really care about that, I’m having fun.
Coach: so, do your parents know about any of this. After all they are paying for it?
Player: I don’t f-ing care what my parents think.
Coach: Wow, you never were like that when I coached you, in a little shocked.
Player: Its different now, you cared if I played in high school and college and this guy doesnt and I dont care to play past high school and just have fun.
Coach: you might want to tell your parents that, they spend a ton of money on this.
Player: Thats on them, they want it more than I do. This coach has shown me that it’s more fun to talk trash, than become a better player.
Coach: im sad to hear this, cause ive always cares about who you are as a person, not just a player.
Player: I know Coach, I will always appreciate you and how much you cared for me, I just dont care anymore and I want to have fun.

Spiritual Battles:
You won’t always see them and you won’t always understand why. The Devil does a great job of even pitting two fellow believers against each other. That makes him happy. How are some ways he will do this.
Often it’s in expectations or services provided. If someone feels like they don’t get what they want, the Devil will often use there frustrations to harbor anger towards that person. PHASE 1: SWING FOUNDATION (Weeks 1–2)
Build a swing that supports both contact and power.
