🔥 STRONG WOMEN ALERT! 🔥
I have to brag on Rheena and Katie today because these two absolutely CRUSHED it! 💪👏
They set a goal to lift 10 pounds OVER their own bodyweight… and today they didn’t just hit it.
They REPPED it out. MULTIPLE TIMES. 🔥🔥🔥
There’s something pretty incredible about watching women realize they are stronger than they thought they were. What once felt like a big, maybe-even-a-little-scary goal became something they could do again…and again…and again.
THAT is progress. 💗
Strength doesn’t happen overnight. It comes from showing up, staying consistent, trusting the process, and being willing to challenge yourself a little more than you did yesterday.
Rheena and Katie, I am SO proud of you both! You didn’t just surpass your goal today—you showed yourselves what you’re capable of.
And I have a feeling we’re going to need to set that next goal a little higher. 😉💪
Ladies, don’t be afraid to lift heavy. You might just surprise yourself.
