Come join HIIT class and have a Spooklacular time Tuesday night 6pm 🎃. Wear your workout appropriate costume for lots of laughs while you kill the scary class together. Bring your friends and Let’s go! 💪🏻👻

Great turn out for our Silver Sneakers class this morning! This group was full of energy and ready to MOVE! Come join the fun! Class meets every MWF 8:30-9:30am, and combines low impact cardio, strength training, balance work, range of motion, and stretching.

Silver sneakers makeup class tomorrow (Tuesday) @ 8:30. Hope to see you!!

Thank you to everyone who donated goodies for the Spartanburg Regional Hospice House. Because of you families and residents will receive a little bit of love from Fitness Edge. Tracey Dawkins’ memory will forever live on because of the dedication and love she had for others. Merry Christmas 🎄

This year we are collecting items to fill 15 stockings for the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. The stockings will be given to all the residents/families on Christmas Eve. Please bring your donations to the front desk through Dec. 22. Thanks in advance to helping us bring some cheer to others during such a difficult time!

Snacks (crackers, candy, individually wrapped items)
Socks (prefer with grippers)
Fun Pillowcase
Small Blanket
Lotion
Chapstick
Puzzle books
Adult coloring books/Colored pencils
Any other new item you would like to donate that will fit in a stocking.
