We still have a few spots available for next week’s swim lessons session. Lessons start 9/14 and run Monday - Thursday the first week. Lessons run the second week, Monday through Wednesday (9/21 - 9/23). All levels meet at specific times from 5:30 - 7:00. Registration is by phone here at the Recreation Office, 717-258-4441.

Join beekeeper Tiffany Ayres for Beekeeping 101. This 5 week classroom course is designed for anyone curious about pollinators or interested in starting their own beekeeping journey. Choose from two session dates.

🐝Session 1: Thursdays 6:30-8:30pm, September 24-October 22
🐝Session 2: Tuesdays 6:30-8:30pm, October 6-November 7

🌿 South Middleton Township Bird Town – Bird-Friendly Habitat Recognition Program South Middleton Township is proud to support a statewide conservation effort that helps create healthier spaces for our native bird species. Residents can now participate in the Bird Habitat Recognition Program, offered through the Pennsylvania Audubon Council and Bird Town Pennsylvania.
By providing the four key habitat elements — food, water, shelter, and nesting — any yard, garden, or balcony can become a safe and welcoming space for birds. Even small areas can make a big difference.
