We love that our trainers are starting to get some love in our google reviews! Bobby and Hayes both have a little more space in their schedule and would love some “pre new years” folks ready to commit!

The gym has the ability to bring so many people together, because we are all equal underneath the barbell. The weight doesnt care if youve had the best day of your life, or if you’re battling an aggressive form of cancer. That was ever true for our friend Ethan.
When met Ethan for the first time he was already fully in the battle with cancer. Tired, rundown, sick feeling, he understandably sat in the parking lot and told his wife he didnt want to do this. But then he opened the door and heard the familiar sound of hardcore music and decided to give us a chance.
Over the next year we made great friends not only with Ethan but his entire family including his two young children. Often talking junk to each other and sending inappropriate memes for a good laugh. Mine and Ethan’s favorite joke is the time i looked him dead in the eyes and said “cancers already whoopin your ass, dont let the leg press whoop you too”. We laughed so hard he caught a cramp and almost had to change the seal on his colostomy bag. Ill never forget those days.
Ethan sadly lost his battle with cancer on Saturday, relatively abruptly. It’s a loss for everyone here that must continue to endure this race without him especially his babies. Please keep the entire Mcguinn family and our Sportless family in your prayers
