A little about me: I am a certified personal trainer, health coach and rossiter/pnf stretch coach. I have helped individuals pursue their wellness goals for more than a decade and am the CEO and founder of Foothills Personal Training and Idaho Stretch Coach. I train clients in your home gym - meaning I'll come to you (= no time lost traveling back and forth to the gym) or at my studio in the north end.
