One of our favorite things to do here at Process is introducing new students to our amazing art.
Over the last 5 weeks these students have braved new challenges, summer heat and have come out with a new skill set, new friends and teammates and a better version of themselves!
We are so excited to have them start jumping into classes next week.

Process Jiu Jitsu is excited to welcome back renowned instructor Paul Schreiner back to Boise Saturday, June 17th with a Gi Session at 10am and a No-Gi Session t 2pm. Coach Schreiner is a Claudio França Black Belt and one of the main instructors from Marcelo Garcia Academy New York. Coach Schreiner is one of the most technically sought-after instructors in the world due to the his incredibly concise communication skills and focus on fundamental concepts that have improved the games of not only new practitioners but World-Champion Grapplers.
Do not miss this incredible opportunity for students of all levels to gain new skills and insight into their jiu jitsu game. The seminar is $100 for 1 session or $150 for both sessions and is open to students from all schools. We look forward to building the level of jiu jitsu here in the Treasure Valley June 17th

Nearly 30 on the mats today, with 3 schools represented leveling up with Coach Kristian Woodmansee today. Thank you all for your time and efforts to improve today.
Top notch seminar as always, and even better than technique shown was continuously reinforcing high quality habits that transfer to every single part of your game.
