Week 1 is Finally Here!
This year has a twist! All teams make the playoffs, so what matters is seeding. Who will be the top 1 Seed going into the playoffs?
At 10:30am the Sabers take on the Matadors. Last year the game went to Overtime with the Sabers coming out on top. Both teams have gained great assets and the teams are both ready to come out on top. This is a game you won't want to miss!
At 1:00pm the Griffins take on the Warhawks. The Griffins have added great talent while the Warhawks beefed up their defense. This is a great second game for week 1 and could potentially be a defensive battle!
Wrapping up the day at Columbia High School, at 3:30pm the Aztecs take on the Black Tide. The Aztecs were in the championship last year, but fell short. The Black Tide, coming off the top defense in the league last year, is ready to get back into the championship. This is going to be an even game across both Offenses and Defenses. A fantastic matchup to wrap up the day in Nampa!
At 6:00pm the Alphas take on the Diggers. The reigning champs, the Alphas, take on their local rival, the Diggers. The Diggers have added a lot of depth to their team this offseason, but will it be enough to beat the top team from last year who really hasn't lost a single player?

The 2026 ICFL schedule isn't just a list of dates—it’s a collision course. We’ve identified the four biggest rivalries that will define this season. These teams meet twice (or in key momentum weeks), and the question isn't just when they play... it's who owns the series?
⚔️ Sabers vs. Matadors 🐂
The Matchups: Week 1 (Kickoff) & Week 8 (Season Finale)
The Stakes: Last season, the Sabers and Matadors met in Week 1 leading to an overtime game where the Sabers pulled it out. However, the Matadors were able to pull through in the end to the playoffs. Meeting twice, will we have two overtime games?
🦅 Warhawks vs. Griffins 🦁
The Matchups: Week 1 & Week 8
The Stakes: The Griffins only win came from the Guardians while the Warhawks' only wins came from the bottom 3 teams. With the Guardians out, will we see the Griffins pull through against the Warhawks? These will be great matchups for each team.
🏛️ Aztecs vs. Black Tide 🌊
The Matchups: Week 1 & Week 7
The Stakes: Historically, the Tide has been the hurdle the Aztecs couldn’t clear, however in recent years the Aztecs have pulled through. The Aztec Black Tide games are typically very defensive. Will we see the Aztecs get the W twice or will Black Tide get back to their ways of dominating.
🐺 Alphas vs. Diggers ⛏️
The Matchups: Week 1 & Week 6
The Stakes: The ultimate "David vs. Goliath" story. The Alphas ended the season as the ICFL champion while the Diggers were in 7th. This will be a great Twin Falls Rivalry game in week 1 and 6. Who comes out on top?
