✨April Flexibility Focus: BACKBENDS✨
This month we’ll be working on building stronger, more supported backbends!

Focusing on:
• thoracic spine mobility
• shoulder & chest opening
• glute and core engagement
• controlled spinal articulation

This class is designed to help you move better in the air and on the ground—creating deeper backbends with stability, control, and proper distribution (not just dumping into your low back).
