Swimming is finally a ‘real sport.’ What doors does that open for high school athletes? Idaho became one of the last states to sanction high school swimming. This fall marks the first season of swimming as an official high school sport.

FOR THE IDAHO HIGH SCHOOL STATE CHAMPIONSHIP MEET: The facility will open at 11:00AM on Friday, November 7, for teams to set-up on deck. Earlier entry is not allowed. Swimmers will be on the deck, spectators will be in the bleachers. No coolers in the bleachers, please. Parking is available in the Bodybuilding.com parking lot just to the south of the YMCA on Discovery. DO NOT PARK ON DISCOVERY. YOU WILL BE TICKETED! On Saturday, the pool will open at 8:00AM.
