This is a great article in light of the tragedy that occurred in Utah. This is why we put this program together and want to not only give our athletes a positive experience in sport but everyone surrounding youth sport.

Wulf: Teaching respect for refs, umps, officials Coaches who think it's OK to ride the refs, fans who feel it's cool to yell at officials all the time and the confusion of professional sports with youth sports lead to a breakdown in respect for authority.

As soon as you know who your child's coach is going to be, introduce yourself, let him or her know you want to help your child have the best possible experience and offer to assist the coach in any way you are able.
